ティモシー・リードによるマスタークラスのご案内。
IDPS OSAKA で開催される２部構成の楽曲制作のレクチャー、マスタークラスにご参加ください。過去に受賞歴のあるイギリス出身のミュージシャン、作曲家、「ティモシー・リード」が講師を務めます。 このマスタークラスでは、ミュージャンが音楽理論をどのように活用し作曲しているか、作曲家の制作風景や日常、厳しい締め切りなどの障害を克服するかを学んでいきます。 このクラスで学べるテクニックは次のとおりです。
楽曲のキーシグネチャー / テンポの決定、メロディのハーモナイズ、ダイアトニックコードファミリー、ジャンルに関連する楽曲構造、サウンドセレクション、キーの変調、リファレンストラックの使用、独自でサポートするベースラインの作成、メロディの作成、グルーヴの理解とドラムビートのプログラミング、基本的なミキシングとマスタリング技術になります。
これから作曲を始める方から、既に楽曲制作を行っている方まで、DTM に興味のある全ての方へ向けて講義、開催を致します。音楽理論の知識のある方も無いかたも一緒に学んで頂けます。

Join us at IDPS OSAKA for a 2-part masterclass on Music Composition. With award winning Musician, Composer & UK Artist “Timothy Reid”. In this masterclass you will learn how Music Theory is used by composers to overcome barriers such as Writers Block and strict Deadlines.
Techniques you will learn in this class: Deciding the Key Signature/Tempo for a track, Harmonizing a Melody, Diatonic chord families, Song structure in relation to genre, Sound Selection, Modulating keys, Using a reference track, Creating unique & supporting Bass lines, Crafting a melody, Understanding a groove and programming a drum beat, Basic Mixing & Mastering techniques.
All Levels welcome, No Music Theory required.

ティモシー・リード (バニーラビット)
1988年イギリス生まれ。作曲家（受賞歴あり）、プロデューサー、レコーディングアーティスト。2011年にリーズ音楽大学を卒業し、イギリスで様々なバンドやアーティストのためにセッションギタリストとしてキャリアをスタート。2012年に日本に移住し、KORG/Rolandのプロダクトデモンストレーターとして働きながら、大阪•名古屋にある音楽専門学校で講師を務める。2020年には世界で活躍するアーティストのFox Stevenson をフィーチャーしたトラック「Breaking Point」をリリースし、ベルギーで1位、イギリスで9位、アメリカのiTunesインストゥルメンタル音楽チャートで40位にランクインした。その後、2021年にビデオゲーム業界に進出し、Ubisoft大阪のサウンド/音楽チームの一員として活動を開始。（アサシンクリード、レインボーシックス） 以来、様々なメディアで使用されている733曲以上の楽曲を作曲・演奏している。
バーニーは、音楽業界でプロの作曲家/プロデューサーとして働くために必要な様々なスキルに精通しており、これには、スケールとモード（ダイアトニックおよび非ダイアトニックハーモニー、拡張コード）、ドラムプログラミングとサウンドセレクション（Roland TR-808、909、Elektron Digitakt、LINN Drum）、様々なデジタルオーディオワークステーションの習熟度（Logic Pro、Cubase、Pro Tools）、テンポマッピング、ジャンルとスタイル（ポップ、ジャズ、ロック＆メタル）、電子ジャンル（エレクトロニカ、DnB、プログレッシブトランス、ハウス、UKガラージ）、ミキシング＆マスタリング、ギター、ピアノの楽器の習熟度、そしてPioneer CDJの基本的な知識が含まれている。言語は英語と日本語。
Born in 1988 in the United Kingdom. Bernie is an award winning Composer, Producer, Recording Artist. Graduating from Leeds College of Music 2011 He began his career as a session guitarist recording for various bands and artists in the UK. He moved to Japan in 2012 and worked as a Product Demonstrator for KORG/Roland while lecturing at the Osaka School of Music and Nagoya School of Music. In 2020 he released the track `Breaking Point` featuring artist Fox Stevenson which reached No.1 on the Belgium, No.9 in the UK and No.40 in the American iTunes Instrumental music chart. Shortly after, He ventured into the video game industry in 2021 as a member of the Sound/Music team at Ubisoft, Osaka. (Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six). Since then he has composed and performed on over 733 tracks which have been used throughout various media outlets.
Bernie has an advanced knowledge of various skills vital to work as a professional Composer/Producer in the music industry. These include: Scales and Modes (Diatonic and Non-Diatonic harmony, Extended Chords), Drum Programming & Sound Selection (Roland TR-808, 909, Electron Digitakt, LINN Drum), Proficiency in Various Digital Audio Workstations (Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools), Tempo Mapping, Genre and Styles (Pop, Jazz, Rock & Metal) Electronic Genres (Electronica, DnB, Progressive Trance, House, UK Garage), Mixing & Mastering, Instrumental proficiency on Guitar, Piano and also basic knowledge of using the Pioneer CDJ. Japanese and English language fluency.
